♦Developed by Hong Kong Pharmaceutical Care Foundation (HKPCF), SafeMed Medication Management System (SMMS) is an electronic medication system with diverse applications which facilitates elderly homes to integrate patients’ medication from different sources

Key Features of the System
- Modular design allows residential care homes to flexibly combine modules as needed and make individual settings according to the home's requirements
- A comprehensive drug database with pictures, frequently updated by pharmacists, so that users can quickly and accurately create medication profiles for residents
- User-friendly interface design for easy operation, recording, and traceability
- A professional pharmacist team visits residential care homes to provide users with adequate training and daily support
- Strict security measures are implemented, and system emergency backup solutions are provided to ensure stable and secure system operation, as well as complete data storage
- Complies with the requirements of the "Residential Care Home Medication Management Guidelines 2018
- Suitable for different types of residential care homes (including subsidized, private, elderly care homes, and disability care homes), and can offer discounts to various care home groups/organization
- Currently, there are over 80 residential care homes using the system
