香港藥學服務基金

成立於2007年，是一個 政府註冊的非牟利福利慈善組織。

由一群藥劑師成立，運用專業知識為院舍長者提供藥療服務，並改善長者用藥問題。

人口老化是世界趨勢，長者亦多罹患種種慢性疾病。為了治療這些慢性疾病，需要相對使用較多的藥物。由於長者生理上變化，引致機能衰退，加上認知能力下降，以致無法閱讀藥品標籤、無法分辨藥物的顏色與形狀等情況屢見不鮮，因而導致長者成為用藥的高危一族。長者的醫藥花費，遠超過其他年齡的人口比例，在衛生資源短缺或不足的情況下，長者的用藥問題，更值得關注。

  1. 致力推廣、培養及提升用藥安全，尤其著重改善藥物管理流程，並促進為香港市民（特別是長者)提供藥學服務

  • To promote, foster and enhance medication safety, particularly to improve the medication management process and to facilitate the delivery of pharmaceutical care service for the general population especially for the elderlies in our community.

本會將在捐款手續完成後就捐款額為港幣100元或以上的捐款者發出扣稅收據(一年積累捐款$100元或以上, 收據可用於香港申請扣稅)
After the completion of the donation procedure, the association will issue a tax-deductible receipt for the donation of HK $100 or above (one-year accumulated donation of $100 or above, the receipt can be used for tax deduction in Hong Kong)
